Attorney Paralegal – Litigation (Personal Injury Team)

Looking to add a self-motivated and hard-working litigation paralegal to our personal injury team. Ideal candidate should have experience managing complex files from inception through litigation with experience in local area Courts (KY/OH/Federal). Position is in-person and not remote.

• Assist attorney(s) in creating, maintaining, and organizing files. Preparing files for litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, court hearings, and trials.
• Collecting, reviewing, summarizing, and organizing proof of loss documents including open records, medical records, and other documentary evidence.
• Handle and assist with inquiries from clients, attorneys, judicial staff, etc (in person, phone, and email).

• Base pay: $50,000.00 (annual salary) – negotiable based on experience, qualifications, and scheduling.
• Annual performance-based bonus each calendar year employed.

• Minimum 3-5 years experience as legal secretary, assistant, or paralegal.
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal Certificate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite / Word / Excel / Mac OS X.
• Experience in personal injury litigation practice (plaintiff or defense).
• Personable, good communicator, team player.
