We're looking for a hands-on leader to run our first shift production operations. As Production Supervisor, you'll lead the team responsible for all brewing and packaging activities at HQ—ensuring we hit our production targets while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This is a floor-level leadership role where you'll coach team members, solve problems in real time, and jump in wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.

• Manage daily floor operations across brewing, cellaring, and packaging to meet production schedules
• Lead daily shift meetings to communicate priorities, set clear expectations, and address issues in real time
• Build and manage weekly schedules for brewing, cellaring, and packaging teams, including PTO requests and shift coverage
• Update and maintain tank layouts, production schedules, and related planning tools
• Step into production shifts when necessary to keep operations on track

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to production floor team members
• Develop and maintain training records for all brewing employees
• Conduct regular audits to ensure team members are following SOPs correctly
• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Coordinate with Maintenance to address equipment repairs or servicing needs promptly
• Work with Warehouse to ensure raw materials and packaging supplies are available when needed

• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all production processes
• Ensure safety procedures are current, communicated, and consistently followed
• Other duties as assigned

• Proven leadership experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar environment
• Strong understanding of safe working practices and ability to enforce them consistently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
• Flexibility to cover shifts, work early mornings, evenings, or weekends when necessary

• Brewery or beverage manufacturing experience
• Experience with Net Suite or similar ERP systems
• Background in SOP development and revision
• Experience with production scheduling tools

• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift
• Lifting up to 55 pounds regularly
• Working in variable environments including hot, cold, and wet conditions
• Active presence on the production floor
