Hybrid working models are standard for us, and where possible we allow it without restrictions. No specifications, everyone decides for themselves. Unfortunately, some activities, tasks and positions do not allow hybrid working, but we offer flexible working time models in all companies and work areas of the MD Group to take all personal needs into account.

• Technical training in the field of FVK, or similar
• Ability to work independently, manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• High quality awareness
• Initiative, reliability and flexibility
• Communication skills and good German language skills

• Production of fiber composite components using various manufacturing processes (hand laminate, RTM, RIM, vacuum infusion, vacuum pressing and prepeg - out - of - autoclave etc.)
• Bonding and repair of FRP components
• Assembly of components
• Mechanical processing of components
• Optional: painting preparation painting of gelcoat
• Optional: mold construction / prototype construction
