Job Summary:
Corporex, one of the largest private real estate companies in the region, is searching for a Property Manager to join the team overseeing our growing commercial real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market. As a Property Manager at Corporex, you will oversee a campus of commercial properties with focus on the financial and operational management of each asset. The campus assigned to this position includes high-rise office, parking, HOA and retail properties.
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day management of assigned properties
- Develop and administer annual property plans and perform ongoing plan reforecasting throughout the year
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly and quarterly property reports
- Manage, train and lead all staff at assigned properties
- Bid, negotiate, award and manage all building service contracts and operating projects
- Act as Landlord representative on all tenant improvement construction
- Assist in developing and executing short and long-term asset strategy
- Perform frequent and thorough property inspections to ensure compliance with Corporex standards
- Create and foster professional relationships with Tenants and Vendors
- Responsible for all lease administration duties
- Monitor and collect accounts receivable at assigned properties
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients, tenants, guests and vendors
- Ensure property requests and problems are resolved in accordance with contractual obligations and Corporex standards
- Other duties as assigned
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
- 5+ years of commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of real estate finance, commercial leases and building operations
- Experience with common area expense reconciliation
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel
