Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations in Covington, KY. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, and a proven track record in managing food and beverage services efficiently and profitably.

• Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise food and beverage staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus and special promotions.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies to meet operational needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and other operational metrics for senior management.

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
