Job Description:

As our Garde Manger Cook, youwill be responsible for preparing and presenting all cold dishes including salads, charcuterie, and pastry. Attention to detail, creativity, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety are key to successin this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assemble cold dishes according to our recipes and standards
• Manage mise en place for thegarde manger station efficiently
• Ensure freshness and qualityof all ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the garde manger area
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Assist in receiving deliveries and proper storage of product
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as agarde manger cook or similar role preferred
• Strong knife skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen environment
• Passion for quality food and presentation
• Reliable, punctual, and ateam player
• 4 days per week, Tuesday through Sunday, 12 PM to 10 PM
