As a Senior Sales Representative at Alleviation, your role transcends typical sales objectives. You'll not only aim for sales excellence but also play a crucial role in guiding and educating our team. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you'll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of leadership by example.

- Minimum 3 years of full-time experience in sales, customer service, or interactive roles.
- Demonstrated experience and passion for leadership, management, training, or teaching.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, connect, and inspire a diverse team.
- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Able to pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
- Has active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Comprehensive classroom and field training program.
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle-3 business days) as well as monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions.
