Spieldenner Financial Group is a part of one of the fastest‑growing insurance organizations in the country. Our focus areas include paying agents quickly, keeping costs minimal, and providing the training and support needed to achieve success.
Job Duties- Setting Appointments: 6‑8 hours per week – reaching out to potential clients who have previously requested coverage and scheduling a time to discuss mortgage protection coverage.
- Research: 4‑5 hours per week – digging into the information the client provided in order to customize options that meet their financial needs in the case of death or disability.
- Meeting with Families: 2 days per week – meeting with clients either virtually or in‑person to present options, discuss coverage details, and help them apply.
- Administrative: 2 hours per week – following up with insurance carriers to facilitate client applications through underwriting.
We are looking for coachable, challenge‑seeking, self‑disciplined individuals with a growth mindset. Skill set isn’t everything for this position.

Commissions as a New AgentThis is a commission‑only sales position. The average commission on a mortgage protection product is approximately $600 per family. Our expectation is that a full‑time agent will sell 5‑10 mortgage protection plans per week. In addition to mortgage protection, we offer premium financial products to help people save for retirement or protect current retirement accounts (e.g., 401(k) s and IRAs) from market losses.
We provide extensive training on these products and on how to sell them. Uncapped commission and a competitive bonus structure program with incentive trips are available based on individual and team results.
