Logan A/C & Heat Services in Cincinnati, OH is looking to hire an HVAC Service Tech Trainee
. Are you looking to get into a trade, but don’t have experience? This is the perfect, entry level position to jump start your HVAC career at Logan Services!

Our warehouse is located at 5179 Fishwick Drive, Cincinnati, OH, and we provide services throughout both Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. While daily visits to the warehouse are not required, there may be occasions when you will need to report to the Dayton facility for training sessions or scheduled meetings. Please note that this position does involve travel within our service areas in a company vehicle.

Starting at $20.00, wages increase with each apprenticeship phase completed.

• Shadow and assist Service Technicians with service, maintenance, and repairs on residential HVAC systems
• Attend in-house training sessions
• Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot heating and cooling equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions

• Ability to comfortably interact with customers
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team player attitude
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
