We are seeking a professional, motivated Dryer Vent Technician to join our growing team. You will install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems for residential and commercial clients while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a field-based role requiring mechanical skills, reliability, and a customer-focused mindset.

• Install, clean, repair, and maintain dryer vent systems
• Inspect dryer vent systems to identify and diagnose issues
• Recommend solutions and educate customers on services that can improve safety and efficiency
• Maintain accurate records of services provided
• Provide exceptional customer communication and service
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Continuously improve your skills through training and learning
• Comfortable rerouting dryer vent systems to meet code requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
• Mechanical aptitude (HVAC experience a plus but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift equipment and work in crawl spaces, roofs, and attics
• Comfortable using tablet-based technology for documentation

• Commission-based pay structure, typically earning $25–$50/hr equivalent based on performance and efficiency.
• Performance-based increases available for top performers.
