** Position Overview
** As an
** Electrician Service Technician**, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing residential and commercial electrical systems throughout the Tri-State area. You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.##
** Responsibilities
* ** Diagnose electrical issues and provide repair or replacement options to customers
* Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, wiring, outlets, lighting, and related components
* Ensure all work meets NEC requirements and local electrical codes
* Communicate daily with customers, dispatch, managers, inspectors, and other team members
* Review job plans, material needs, and equipment prior to arriving at customer locations
* Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment at each job site
* Keep your company vehicle clean, inside and out
* Maintain accurate truck inventory
* Properly complete all required paperwork and documentation
* Maintain a clean, professional appearance
* Participate in ongoing training to grow as a professional and stay up to date with industry standards
* Obtain and maintain necessary electrical licensing and certifications (we can help you get there!)## Qualifications##
** Qualifications
* ** Experience in residential and/or commercial electrical work
* Working knowledge of NEC code requirements
* Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems with accuracy and efficiency
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to pursue additional training and certifications
