Introduction: Join the R M Tree Care team as an Office Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly and professionally. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly, organized approach to customer service and office management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Schedule appointments, respond to service inquiries, and manage client communications.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing emails.
• Support field crew operations by coordinating job details and ensuring clear communication between office and field teams.
• Maintain organized records and assist with basic office upkeep.
• Collaborate with management to streamline office procedures and support day-to-day business needs.

Skills and Requirements:

• Prior experience in an administrative, receptionist, or customer service role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude with the ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
