What You’ll DoAs a Project Scheduler at Ampirical, you'll be a key player in developing, maintaining, and communicating resource-loaded schedules for a variety of projects. You'll also contribute to proposal and system process development, helping ensure every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Create, monitor, and update integrated project schedules to ensure efficiency in both time and cost.
- Prepare baseline schedules for project team approval and ensure they are regularly reviewed and updated.
- Monitor critical path activities, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze schedules from multiple sources to ensure project integrity and make sure all sequences are optimized for constructability.
- Lead project scheduling meetings and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure schedules meet company standards and client needs.
- Document project “lessons learned” to enhance future scheduling efficiency.
- Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred with 5+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for EPC projects - Technical
Skills:
Expertise in modern scheduling tools, especially Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel;
Primavera and PMI Scheduling Professional certifications preferred - Industry Knowledge:
Utility experience is strongly preferred - Communication:
Able to work effectively with clients, vendors, and project teams to ensure schedules are accurate and projects are on track
