I joined Heights Finance in 2010 as a CSR, with no prior experience. Today I am a District Manager, moved into 2021, and I credit the company’s growth opportunities and supportive culture for my success.

Since joining as a Branch Manager in 2013, I advanced to District Manager in 2021 and later became an Operations Trainer in 2024, thanks to supportive leadership and continuous training.

Responsibilities
  • Foster Branch Growth:
    Implement marketing strategies, nurture business relationships, and support daily operations to achieve goals.
  • Guide Loan Processes:
    Assist with new and refinanced loans, ensuring compliance while delivering excellent customer service.
  • Support Delinquency Management:
    Address delinquent accounts with care, working to find solutions that benefit both the branch and customers.
  • Lead by Example:
    Set a positive standard for customer service and sales, addressing customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Inspire the Team:
    Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to help the team reach their full potential.
  • Maintain Personal Excellence:
    Engage in ongoing training and development, set personal goals, and contribute to the company’s succession plan.
Qualifications

Hours

Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm with evenings and weekends based on business needs.

Compensation

Hourly: $18.25 – $25.25. The range reflects the low and high end of the anticipated hourly range for this position; the actual hourly rate will depend on location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
