As an Associate Banker, you will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, using the latest banking solutions and cutting‑edge financial technology combined with friendly and attentive service. Your role will significantly contribute to the branch’s success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and introducing clients to our team of experts to help them achieve their financial goals.

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, checking them into the waiting queue, and scheduling or canceling client meetings.
• Exceed client expectations while assisting with day‑to‑day transactions, opening new accounts, and complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on how to use technology self‑service options such as the Chase Mobile App, , and ATMs to meet their banking needs.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures.

• Ability to put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive and friendly service.
• Ability to build trusted relationships through genuine care and concern.
• Ability to engage clients by communicating clearly and politely, anticipating client needs.
• Ability to quickly and effectively resolve client issues with attention to detail.

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Strong desire and ability to influence, educate, and connect customers to technology solutions.
• Cash handling experience.
