Emergency Services General Manager

Ashley Smith Construction LLC, a leading provider of emergency services to public agencies, insurance companies, and the general public, is hiring a full-time Emergency Services General Manager to lead and grow our emergency response business across Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

• Operational leadership for all emergency services business functions.
• Sales and marketing
  : develop business, cultivate relationships with public clients, insurers, adjusters, and commercial customers, and grow market share across the territory.
• Project management
  : oversee job intake, scope development, scheduling, quality control, and closeout for emergency response and remediation projects.
• Personnel management
  : recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate field and office staff; enforce safety and company policies.
• Financial oversight
  : manage budgets, job costing, invoicing, and profitability; coordinate with accounting on collections and change orders.
• Client and partner communication
  : serve as primary point of contact for clients, adjusters, and partners; ensure high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Reporting and continuous improvement
  : provide regular performance reports, implement process improvements, and maintain compliance with industry standards.

• Proven experience managing emergency services, disaster recovery, mitigation, restoration, or construction operations.
• Strong sales and business development track record with public agencies or insurance industry clients preferred.
• Xactimate proficiency required for estimating and invoicing.
• Excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills.
• Leadership experience with demonstrated ability to manage field crews and office staff.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to travel throughout Louisiana and southern Mississippi as needed.
