Diabetes Care RN: Educator & Patient Advocate

Ochsner Health in Covington, Louisiana seeks a registered nurse to lead the Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSMES) program. You will assess patients, educate on diabetes management, and collaborate with the care team to implement individualized care plans.

The role requires 3 years of direct patient contact, RN licensure, and CDCES certification preferred; a master’s degree is a plus. On-site responsibilities with occasional after-hours work are expected.
