As the backbone of our field operations, you will lead and support a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the natural beauty of our landscapes through expert tree care. This position requires robust physical endurance, proficiency in operating heavy machinery, and a commitment to safety and team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct a crew in performing tree care operations, including hauling, cutting, and trimming branches and brushes.
• Operate equipment such as chainsaws, cranes, and bucket trucks to remove trees and manage vegetation safely.
• Drive trucks and other heavy machinery to transport crew and equipment to and from job sites.
• Assist and guide team members in their day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company protocols.
• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of equipment and tools.
• Manage job site operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality execution of work.
• Coordinate with management and clients to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

Skills and Requirements:

• Proven experience in tree removal, landscaping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Experience with operating chainsaws, cranes, and other tree care machinery.
• Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
• Demonstrated knowledge of tree care and heavy equipment operation safety protocols and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
