Pay Rate: $19.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience)

Commission: Up to 10% commission available after training

Introduction: R M Tree Care is a locally owned and operated company dedicated to delivering high-quality tree care and landscaping services in the Covington area. We’re growing and looking for an experienced and dependable Project Coordinator / Estimator to join our team. This leadership position plays a crucial role in bridging our office operations, field crews, and clients to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead field crews during tree removals, trimming, and landscaping jobs.
• Operate and supervise equipment such as chainsaws, cranes, and other heavy machinery.
• Coordinate daily scheduling and project updates with office staff.
• Assist with job estimates and provide accurate quotes to clients.
• Ensure safety standards and procedures are followed on every job site.
• Act as the main point of contact between crews, clients, and the office team.
• Monitor job progress, track materials, and oversee crew performance.

Skills and Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related field.
• Strong leadership, organization, and time management abilities.
• Proficient with tree care equipment and safety procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with team members and clients.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a dynamic schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive pay starting at $19.00–$33.00 per hour, based on experience.
