Position
Purpose:
Associates in Store Support positions are responsible for a variety of non-sales functions, including ensuring an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience, assisting customers in the lot, and providing administrative services. Direct customer or vendor interaction is sometimes required. These positions play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by working cooperatively with other Associates, vendors, and carriers, often with little to some supervision.
Specific positions may include:
Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

- Assist with non-sales functions to support customer order fulfillment and administrative services.
- Direct customers to store departments or merchandise and answer questions on product order status.
- Interact with customers, vendors, and carriers as needed.
- Support cash management and program compliance where applicable.
- Work cooperatively with other Associates, demonstrate integrity, and respond to operational concerns.
- Maintain focus on store-specific business objectives while supporting key operational responsibilities.
- Detail-oriented with proven time management skills.
- Ability to work with little to some supervision.
- High level of integrity and customer-service orientation.
