The High Volume FAST Team Member is responsible for working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST), primarily in a single store, to own and execute “start to finish” variable tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and physical inventories. They also provide support for merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance. The role involves interacting with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts Monday through Thursday unless otherwise dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store-specific measurements.
• Complete accurate counts for store inventories and cycle counts.
• Perform store price changes and hang signage for circulars, price cuts, and specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity through detailed recovery and review.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value, and Appreciate customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., DAT).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Prior retail or merchandising experience is required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18 years or older. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required; reading, writing, and counting skills are essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.

• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise.
• Hard surfaces like concrete and asphalt; adequate lighting and temperature.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours.
• Promote safety and adhere to safety guidelines.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull merchandise with equipment assistance.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, and climb ladders frequently.
• Move throughout the store for entire shifts.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Operate related equipment safely and efficiently.
