Wireless Retail Sales Associates

Our
Wireless Retail Sales Associate
are responsible for providing an exceptional sales experience by working directly with consumers, promoting mobile devices, tablets, and reporting on our products, promotions and on-site services. If you enjoy interactive technology, working in a busy environment, and can educate consumers on Cricket Wireless’ family of products, then we want to speak with you!

• Sell no-contract wireless phones, service plans and accessories.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals including; monthly gross and net sales, accessory sales, rate plans, add-ons, retentions goals and monthly auto bill pay goals.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Understand and communicate to customers various wireless products, plans, features, and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with co-workers and consumers.
• Participate in outside marketing events.

• At least one-year retail experience in sales and/or customer service.
• At least on-year experience handling cash transactions and balancing cash drawers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, weekends and during peak retail selling periods. Work at various locations may also be required.
• Tech-savvy and enjoy working with interactive technology devices.
• Bilingual;
  Spanish speaking is a huge plus
• Enjoy working in a team environment & engaging with consumers. Must be enthusiastic and have the drive needed to complete sales.
• Independent and self-motivated team player.
• Regular physical activity will be required, e.g., setting up promotional material, changing displays, etc.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to pass background.
