Rooms To Go, a rapidly growing furniture retailer with over 9,500 employees and 250+ locations, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help customers create their dream living space. This full‑time role offers competitive salary and benefits that exceed industry standards.

$60,000.00 per year (based on experience)

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
• Hire, mentor and train a team of commissioned sales associates to improve customer experience and sales profitability.
• Ensure customers receive superior service and are satisfied with their purchases and deliveries.
• Develop and implement individual and team goals to maximize sales performance.
• Coach sales consultants to set realistic monthly goals and provide ongoing support.
• Maintain a clean, inviting and well‑presented showroom.
• Participate in the sales process to enhance customer experience and train associates.
• Promote positive morale among staff.

• Strong mentoring, coaching, and development skills to motivate teams.
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in the furniture industry with commissioned sales associates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Drive to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
