Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based at our Covington, LA location. The Salesperson will engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, assist them in selecting furniture and bedding solutions that best suit their needs, and achieve individual and team sales goals through integrity and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, creating an exceptional shopping experience for customers, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

While this position is paid via uncapped commission and a competitive bonus structure, a base training pay is also provided during the first four weeks of employment.

Qualifications

• Strong sales skills, with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers
• Organizational skills to handle multiple customer needs and tasks
• Prior commissioned sales experience is a plus
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive relationships
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
