Psychotherapist

We are looking for experienced Psychotherapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) to work with the geriatric population in a Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living setting.

Telos Health Systems staffs on a pay-per-encounter basis:
Psychotherapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Psychologists (PsyD or PhD) in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted Living Facilities to bring quality mental health services to the communities.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments of your patients’ needs and psychosocial status.
• Develop a comprehensive, individualized treatment plan and goals for your patients.
• Provide psychotherapy, group, and family therapy if applicable.
• Collaborate with members of the facility’s interdisciplinary team, as appropriate, to develop treatment goals for the patient.
• Provide appropriate documentation of all pertinent information obtained in interviews, consultation with other healthcare professionals, referrals, contacts, and supportive services provided to each patient.
• Provide documentation directly into our Electronic Medical Records; this position does not include case management or discharge planning. Our billing team will handle all billed claims and authorizations.
• Complete necessary documentation and reporting in accordance with departmental standards and Federal and State regulations.

Pay Per Encounter, Fee For Service role, 3 days a week - you select the days out of Monday - Friday!

Coverage area - Covington / Memphis, TN

• Licensure / Certification:
  Psychotherapists, Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), and Psychologists (PsyD or PhD)
• Education:
  
  Master’s degree required
