We are looking for a motivated and experienced Salon Manager who is a licensed hair stylist, passionate about the beauty industry, and has exceptional leadership skills. In this role you will manage daily salon operations, develop team members, and maintain a welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

- Assist in overall management and supervision of salon operations
- Provide guidance, support, and development to hair stylists and coordinators
- Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
- Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to achieve revenue and sales goals
- Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team
- Valid state cosmetology or barber license
- Previous leadership experience in a salon environment (preferred)
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of applicable beauty products sold in store
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
