Ice Cream Operator

Pay Range: $17.25 Per Hour – Paid Bi-Weekly. Bonus eligible - $2.00 shift night differential.

Location:

Covington, TN.

Shift Options: 12-hour nights 6pm-6:30am, 2/2/3 schedule.

This role involves routine duties such as handling, packing, and casing products, along with line sanitation and clean-up tasks.

• Perform all job functions safely.
• Handle production and packaging, monitor quality, and notify issues.
• Follow sanitary procedures and policies.
• Ensure product is correctly positioned and packaged.
• Casing product cartons.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to learn production lines quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently.
• Experience in production/food handling preferred.
