Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner

We are hiring for a Swing Hospitalist. A swing hospitalist requires working exclusively on swing shifts (10 a.m.

- 10 p.m.). Candidates must be comfortable with the swing schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during swing hours.

• Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians, 2 advanced practitioners, and a Medical Director
• Partner with our other Multi Care partner hospitals for transfers of care & specialty coverage

• Board-certified, experienced nurse practitioner; minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• AGACNP preferred; FNPs will only be considered with extensive hospitalist experience
• Active NP license or eligible to become licensed in WA
• Authorized to work in the United States

• Full-time position follows a 7-day on, 7-day off rotation
• Shifts for the swing position are scheduled from 10:00 a.m.
  
  - 10:00 p.m.

• Work in a small community hospital setting with minimal onsite specialty coverage
• Swing APPs are responsible for admissions and cross-cover; there may be occasional rounding as well
• High level of autonomy
• No ICU, no codes; hospitalists do respond to rapids

• Base salary is $165K for full-time swing shift.
