** Job Responsibilities
** LEAD THE BLEND. SET THE TONE. SERVE UP SMILES.As a Lead at Jamba Juice, you are the energy behind the shift and the example your team looks up to. You help keep operations smooth, guests happy, and the vibes positive. Whether you're stepping in to solve a challenge or coaching a new team member, you make every moment at Jamba one to  this role, you will:
* Take charge of shift flow and keep the team moving with purpose
* Motivate and support team members with clear guidance and encouragement
* Train crew on guest service, food prep, and cleanliness standards
* Step in to assist guests and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
* Ensure every smoothie, bowl, and juice meets our freshness and quality standards
* Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for action
* Work closely with management to uphold Jamba's mission and goals
** Qualifications
* ** Previous food service or retail experience preferred but not required
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Dependable and customer-focused
* Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

** Pay Range: **$17 per hour - $22 per hour

*** Physical Requirements
** This role is physically demanding and requires the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, bend, reach, kneel, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift. Tasks may involve unloading deliveries, stocking shelves, moving equipment, and other labor-intensive duties in a fast-paced environment.
