The following general description applies to all hourly store team members. Please read the detailed information listed below.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and ensure daily sanitation.
• Training: orientation and training provided on the job.
• Communicate with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide; make correct monetary change; enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Deliver product by car directly to customers; deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle which can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within a delivery area and navigate adverse terrain.

Exposure to varying weather conditions,
in‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F to 90°F+, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools (up to 500°F), sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Physical tasks include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, carrying and pushing trays, climbing stairs, and repetitive movements with hands and forearms. Workers must maintain eye‑hand coordination and perform precise tasks such as shaping pizza dough, using a pizza peel, and operating cutting tools.
