Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership based in Llandow. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service within the service department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the motor trade.

Duties of a Service Advisor:

Greet customers professionally upon arrival and manage their service needs
Liaise extensively with the workshop team to track progress and communicate updates
Arrange for servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments
Offer and upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
Provide accurate advice to customers regarding vehicle status and recommended works
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and organisation
Ensure all work is recorded accurately in the system

Requirements of a Service Advisor:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor is highly advantageous but not essential
Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
Excellent organisational and IT skills
A full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
Interest in developing a career within the motor trade
