We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership based in Llandow. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service within the service department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and a keen interest in the motor trade.

• Greet customers professionally upon arrival and manage their service needs
• Liaise extensively with the workshop team to track progress and communicate updates
• Arrange for servicing, repairs, and maintenance appointments
• Offer and upsell additional products and services to enhance the customer experience
• Provide accurate advice to customers regarding vehicle status and recommended works
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through effective communication and organisation
• Ensure all work is recorded accurately in the system

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor is highly advantageous but not essential
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
• Excellent organisational and IT skills
• A full, clean UK driving licence with minimal points
• Interest in developing a career within the motor trade
