Please note, actual salary will be based on the number of term time only weeks worked.

For the full 42 weeks, this is approximately £33,046 – £35,235.

You will deliver a bespoke curriculum offer (mix of accredited and non-accredited provision), which focuses on developing learner autonomy, independence and holistic personal development.

What are we looking for?

• Educated to degree level or equivalent substantial experience in a teaching role
• Recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, PCET or equivalent)
• Demonstrable experience of working with young people who have complex learning needs and/or disabilities (including behaviours which challenge)
• A minimum of two-years teaching experience within a specialist setting
