Optio Resourcing is looking for an experienced Site Manager to cover a 3-day retail project at Sainsbury’s West Cowes. The work is with an established turnkey retail contractor.
About the Role
* Running the site in a live trading supermarket
* Managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors
* Keeping the site safe, including RAMS, permits, inductions and daily briefings
* Working with store management to keep disruption to a minimum
* Completing daily reports, progress photos and site documentation
Requirements
* Valid Black CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Asbestos Awareness, Fire Marshall and Hot Works certificates (essential)
* Proven Site Manager experience, ideally on retail or supermarket projects
* Experience working in live trading environments
* Available for all 3 days
* Own transport, including getting to the Isle of Wight
