We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Operative to support our team during the busy summer season. This role covers our late shift from 3pm to 11pm, starting mid‑May and running throughout the summer. It’s a casual, seasonal position and a great opportunity if you’re looking for evening work over the coming months while helping us deliver high‑quality products to customers around the world.

• Pick, pack, print, and produce garments to a high standard
• Meet daily production targets and uphold team KPIs
• Keep equipment and work areas clean, safe, and ready to go
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality
• Support teammates and assist with training
• Bring a forward-thinking approach, using new tools and ideas (including AI) to make production smarter and faster
