Your Substitute Application will be processed and moved to the next stage of the hiring process when the following required items are submitted to the Educational Service Center at 14540 S. 302nd
E. Ave., Coweta, OK 74429.
AND one of the following:
Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, or Native American Tribal . A more extensive list can be provided if needed).
Once your required documents have been received by the Educational Service Center, you will receive an email to set up a Frontline Account and begin the required New Hire Paperwork from Lindsey Moore, District HR Specialist/Insurance Coordinator.
