Saint Francis Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate board eligible/board certified Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new clinic in Coweta, Oklahoma. You will be part of a growing team that currently includes two family medicine physicians and one pediatrician , serving patients of all ages in a thriving, close-knit community.

Warren Clinic is part of Saint Francis Health System, the 11th largest hospital in the nation . Saint Francis is a locally run and operated, non-profit, debt-free health system providing care to the northeastern part of Oklahoma since 1960.

• Competitive 2-year income guarantee base salary with achievable wRVU thresholds and quality incentives for additional compensation

Position Overview

• Outpatient clinic role no inpatient

• Standard office hours (Monday Friday 8am 5pm)

• Administrative time (5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)

• Call Schedule Minimal call shared with large physician group, triaged by nurses first

• EPIC EMR with advanced AI technology capabilities via Dragon DAX Copilot
