• Two Forms of  (most commonly used are Drivers License/State Issued  one of the following: Social Security Card, Passport, Birth Certificate, or Native American Tribal ). A more extensive list can be provided if needed.
• Fingerprint Card, must be digital fingerprints. Fingerprinting can be done at Wagoner County Court House.
• $45 Background Check Fee. Can be a check/money‑order/cashiers‑check made out to Coweta Public Schools or cash. Cards are not accepted.

Once your required documents have been received by the Educational Service Center you will receive an email to set up a Frontline Account and begin the required New Hire Paperwork from Lindsey Moore, District HR Specialist/Insurance Coordinator.
