Job Description:

At Crosspoint, our youth ministry is responsible for leading students 5th - 12th grade to develop and further their relationship with Christ. The youth department is dedicated to partnering with parents to help raise students to have a strong relationship with Christ. The youth department should support Crosspoint's core beliefs, and provide curriculum to work with church wide learning focuses.

The youth director is responsible for building, equipping, and leading a team of volunteer leaders. The Director will foster an environment conducive to excellent and safety ministry. Furthermore, this role will oversee recruiting, training, disciplining and placing volunteers in roles based on their personal gifts and passions.##

Job Qualifications:

Devoted christian passionate about leading people to Christ, and enjoys building relationships with students and their families. Able to uphold and represent strong christian and Crosspoint beliefs in alignment with the Baptist General Convention. Organized and efficient. An excellent communicator, both orally and written. Strong inter-personal skills. Effective in conflict management, time management, and coaching. Ability to provide objective solutions when ministry issue and complaints arise.

A team player with high energy, strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. Exceptional problem-solving skills. Able to maintain composure during stressful situations. Skilled at sharing Crosspoint youth throughout the community and on social media to grow both the youth department, and overall church.### Title### Location### Date
