Encompass Health is seeking a Therapy Team Leader in Oklahoma to supervise and mentor therapists while delivering hands-on patient care. You will balance clinical excellence with team leadership, guiding staff and coordinating schedules to meet patient goals.
Required license in PT/OT/SLP and BLS/CPR within 30 days, plus at least three years of discipline-specific experience; leadership experience preferred. Walk-In Interviews Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. in Coweta, OK.
