Case Manager & Administrative Assistant

Pay Range

$20.00/hr – $25.00/hr (hourly pay, overtime 1.5x)

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. (half‑hour lunch)
Saturdays: 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (overtime pay after 40 hrs)

Administrative

Job Duties
  • Answer phones, forward calls to appropriate staff, and take messages as needed.
  • Create new patient profiles and check in patients daily.
  • Collect patient fees, enter them accurately in Methasoft, and ensure immediate safe deposit of payments.
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries in all contacts with patients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and patient identities.
  • Make copies of intake forms, assemble charts, and keep ready supply of admissions in patient handbooks.
  • Check Medicaid eligibility monthly and upload verification into Methasoft.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and equipment, maintain office equipment, schedule repairs when necessary.
  • Light workload: handle up to 20 pounds of force/lifting.
Counseling Responsibilities
  • Provide direct/indirect therapy services to outpatients who require or will benefit from therapy skills and interventions.
  • Deliver individual and group services.
  • Offer case management services to coordinate care with primary care doctors, other prescribing physicians, probation, parole, child/adult services, and other supporting services.
  • Maintain client records and other data as required by regulatory agencies promptly.
  • Apply assessment, evaluation, and reassessment data to formulate treatment plans that incorporate strengths, barriers, and needs of the client and family.
  • Document problem statements and treatment goals/objectives/discharge plans including client language.
  • Formulate measurable, achievable goals and objectives within treatment scope in collaboration with client.
  • Describe clinical modalities/interventions responsible and provided according to applicable protocols.
  • Reassess treatment effectiveness and adapt treatment plan as needed in collaboration with client and treatment team.
Qualifications

MUST have a CAT/CAS or BA/BS in Behavioral Health/Sciences.
