Yampa Valley Healthcare Center - Craig, CO 81625, Position Type: PRN, Salary Range: $50.00 - $55.00 Hourly, Infinity Rehab is seeking a Telehealth Speech-Language Pathologist to work PRN Monday, Wednesday and Friday within our therapy team at Yampa Valley Healthcare Center, in Craig, CO.

• Provide and direct patient care for adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide speech-language services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders

• Master’s degree in speech-language pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competency
• Current Colorado licensure
• Net Health experience
• One year of experience as a SLP in long-term care
