* Job Duties:
-Demonstrates advanced knowledge of imaging procedures of at least two of the modalities listed below.
-Practices radiation safety and adheres to ALARA standards. o Asks female patients if they are pregnant and protects them from harmful radiation.
-Performs QC in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations.
-Able to operate equipment consistent with manufacturer’s recommendations.
-Performs all exams based on Imaging Department Protocols or protocols the exam with the Radiologist.
-Assists with clerical duties and patient transportation when required.
-Answers the telephone, directs calls, and accurately records messages as needed.
-Assists, trains, or cross-trains imaging staff members as directed.
Patterns Hiring Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
