As our Personal Account Executive, you will service the book of business and support the Producers to which is assigned to the employee by performing the following responsibilities to the Personal Lines Manager’s expectations.
Summary of Essential Duties:- Sustain working knowledge of all carrier change procedures and industry specifics.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly reports generated by Agency management system.
- Maintaining appropriate records of activity for each client the Agency Management System.
- Managing the accuracy of each client’s account status, submissions for new and renewal business and requested policy changes.
- Manage follow-ups that generate in the Agency Management System.
- Keep Producer fully informed of all-important activities on client accounts.
- Build and maintain quality relationships with clients, carriers and coworkers.
- Providing accurate information to carrier underwriters and support team.
- Adhere to agency procedures and regulations to ensure agency compliance.
- Attend required agency meetings and outside functions, seminars and conferences.
- Clear and concise communication with coworkers and management.
- Process requests for policy changes, evidences, cancellations and Auto .
- Process direct bill, agency bill and upload sweep account payments to companies.
- Perform other functions as assigned by management.
- $58,000- $65,000
- Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match
- High School degree or equivalence required.
- Prior general & insurance customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to adhere to a defined service process.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work productively in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to use a desktop or laptop computer, calculator, agency management system and all Microsoft products including, but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Obtain and maintain insurance license as required by the State Department of Insurance and Mountain West Insurance & Financial Services, LLC.
