• Pay Range: $26-29/hr.
• Sign On Bonus: $500
• Retention Bonus: $1000
• Monday-Friday, Start time is 7 am
• Position is located in Craig, CO
• Incentive Pay:
  This position is eligible for incentive compensation in the following program: quarterly bonus program.

• Build Relationships:
  You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, whether they walk through the door or call on the phone. You'll use your expert knowledge to understand their unique needs and guide them to the right products.
• Drive Growth:
  This isn't just about taking orders. You'll actively engage in inside sales, helping customers assess their needs, providing quotes, and using your problem-solving skills to find the perfect solution.
• Ensure a Smooth Operation:
  You'll be the one who keeps the store running smoothly. From organizing merchandise on the shelves to processing sales in our system, your attention to detail will ensure every customer experience is efficient and positive.
• Be a Reliable Backup:
  Your Class B CDL is key to this role. When a regular driver is out, you'll step in to safely and reliably deliver essential gases and welding products to our clients. You'll be a critical part of our delivery network.

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.
• Ability to learn and effectively navigate through the sales platform, SAP. Computer skills or some knowledge of computer order entry systems is required.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.

• Must have a valid CO Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements (hazmat can be obtained after offer)
• Must have one (1) year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last five (5) years and a clean driving record to include no more than two (2) convictions, OR two (2) at-fault accidents in the last three years; OR no more than a combination of one (1) conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last three years.
• In lieu of experience, may consider accepting a diploma from an accredited driving school and a minimum of one (1) year of prior driving experience within the last five (5) years
• Must be 21 years or older
