Executive Assistant to Practice Director

Our leading intellectual property client is seeking an Executive Assistant to support their Practice Director and Board.

  • Salary to £55,000 (FTE)
  • Part-time – 4 days per week
  • 1-day (sometimes 2 days) in-office attendance per week
Executive Assistant to Practice Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative support to the PD, and non-fee earning support to the MC, Chairman and partnership on various strategic and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate partner meetings, including preparing agendas and papers, booking meeting rooms, ensuring IT setup, arranging catering, taking minutes, and tracking actions and deadlines
  • Coordinates Munich partners meetings including papers, minutes, actions, ensuring arrangements for onsite and offsite meetings
  • Coordinates and manages the firm’s travel rotas for Munich office visits
  • Assists with the coordination of integration activities between London and Munich
  • Coordination of away days, strategy days and other MC/partnership events
  • Management of office and travel insurances for all offices - managing renewal and relationships with brokers
Executive Assistant to Practice Director

Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, providing board level (or equivalent) support in an Executive Assistant capacity
  • Experienced in writing agendas, minutes, draft communications, and reports
  • Able to negotiate with business leaders and senior staff when organising meetings and chasing actions
  • Good technical skills across Word, Excel, Power Point
