Overview
This Booking Clerk role is based in The Magowan Buildings, Portadown, within the Adult Community Services Team. It is a full‑time/temporary position with a shift pattern covering Monday‑Friday and Saturday hours, with pay at £12.75 per hour, £17.22 on Saturdays.
Responsibilities- Managing patient bookings by letter and via the telephone.
- Distributing incoming mail to the relevant person or department.
- Performing general administration duties.
- Four GCSEs, all grade C or above, including English and Maths.
- At least one year of admin or customer‑service experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Interaction with members of the public.
- Strong computer skills.
- Weekly pay.
