Overview

This Booking Clerk role is based in The Magowan Buildings, Portadown, within the Adult Community Services Team. It is a full‑time/temporary position with a shift pattern covering Monday‑Friday and Saturday hours, with pay at £12.75 per hour, £17.22 on Saturdays.

Responsibilities
  • Managing patient bookings by letter and via the telephone.
  • Distributing incoming mail to the relevant person or department.
  • Performing general administration duties.
Qualifications
  • Four GCSEs, all grade C or above, including English and Maths.
  • At least one year of admin or customer‑service experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
Skills
  • Interaction with members of the public.
  • Strong computer skills.
