This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 08:00am-16:30pm
What you will do:
Greet and welcome visitors, contractors, and customers, ensuring a professional and positive first impression. Organise refreshments for meetings and visitors as required Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy, organised and welcoming. Answer, screen and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and professionally. Assist employees with general enquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments. Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and ensure compliance with site security and health and safety requirements.
Book domestic and international flights, accommodation and other travel arrangements for employees as required. Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing post. Provide administrative support, including filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry and document preparation. Order and maintain office and reception supplies. Support the HR, Finance, and Operations teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as required. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office and reception function. Contribute to the development of a culture of Integrity, collaboration do the right thing approach in all interactions. Ensure Food Safety compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements to remain audit-ready at all times.
Essential Criteria Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk or administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks. Professional and welcoming manner with excellent customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
