As Production Administrator/Co-ordinator, youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our production department. This is a dynamic position suited to someone who thrives on multitasking and has a passion for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes to support our experience Production Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate production schedules and update project timelines Liaise with the workshop team, procurement and project managers to ensure projects are progressing as planned. Track and document workflow progress. Maintain up to date time & attendance adjustments & reports. Generate and maintain production reports and administrative records. Assist with quality control and dispatch documentation. Support compliance with health & safety procedures and company policies
What Were Looking For :
Previous experience in an administrative or production support role (manufacturing or joinery experience a plus). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP system experience desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and team-oriented attitude.
