Customer Support Administrator

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a well known local business, to recruit a Customer Support Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. This is a very unique business and known for their exceptional service, this is a varied role and presents with great opportunities for progression.

Customer Support Administrator is a strategic position for the organisation, with an emphasis on working closely with the regional sales teams. You will be responsible for order processing, products shortages, order enquires and continual updates of the CRM system. Your role will liaise directly with various different departments, making it a diverse and varied position.

The right person for this role will have previous administrative experience across customer support or sales order processing. You will have a strong Excel skill set, knowledge of CRM and be someone who is comfortable working within a fast paced office environment. You will be a proactive individual who has immaculate communication skills and be able to coordinate effectively.

The package for this role includes a salary of up to £29,000 and an attractive benefits package, which can be discussed upon first conversation with Honeycomb. This role is based fully on site in the Craigavon area and offers a working week of Monday
- Friday.
